Our stay at the Viceroy was absolutely delightful. The hotel is set in stunning surroundings, and we indulged in a beautifully spacious room with its own private pool overlooking the jungle. The level of service was exceptional, with the staff showing genuine care for our needs. However, we did encounter some service inconsistencies, and noise from neighboring rooms was an issue during our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, though some aspects could use attention.
